H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh On April 03,2007 presided over inauguration ceremony of Buddhist building and some achievements in Mo Ne ROTHNARAM or Toul Tom Pong Pagoda, located in Toul Tom Pong I Commune, Chamkamon District, Phnom Penh. The achievements are at an expected cost of 107.200 USD and donated by private benefactors particularly Mr. SOUNG THEOURN and Mrs. YU LIM.

Speaking at the ceremony, the Governor expressed his profound gratitude and admiration to Buddhist monks and private benefactors who give support for the construction as well as contribute to developing Phnom Penh city.
