On September 8, 2006 the Municipality of Phnom Penh held get-together ceremony with former-village leaderships in Phnom Penh. The launch was presided over by H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh and Lork Chum Teuv. The goal of the meeting is to recall the past achievements of the ex-village chiefs and deputy chiefs who joined actively to serve the local people and brought success to Sangkat, Khan as well as the Municipality of Phnom Penh.
