On Sept 07, 2006 a delegation led by H.E LE HOANG QUAN, a member committee of Vietnamese Communist Central Party had talk with H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh. The goal of the discussion is to broaden the cooperation in all fields between Ho Chi Minh and Phnom Penh city.
