On September 05, 2006 24 Vietnamese doctors who are specialize in an eye-operation from Ho Chi Minh city arrived to Cambodia for the third time to operate for eyes on Cambodia people for free of charges treatment. The operation are starting on 5 – 7 Sept 2006 at Phnom Penh Referral Hospital.
