On September 04, 2006 the Municipality of Phnom Penh held workshop on the dissemination of national development strategy plan for 2006-2010 for Phnom Penh city. The workshop was organized by the Ministry of Planning with the cooperation of the Municipality of Phnom Penh under the chairmanship of H.E MANN CHHEOURN, Vice Governor of Phnom Penh. The workshop was also attended by officials from City Hall and Ministry of Planning. The goal of the workshop is to disseminate the national development strategic plan for 2006-2010 to municipality, district, commune/sangkat, department and civil social organizations in a bid to draw up Phnom Penh development strategic plan.
