On August 31, 2006 Mr. JAN MEEUWISSEN, director of Asi-Pacific- based UN-Habitant and Mrs. ROSALE LOWIS had talks with H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh on the new project following the second phase of the Poor Urban Poverty Reduction Project (PUPR) has been completed. The discussion dwelled on the house building for the poor in cities- provinces throughout the Cambodia with Phnom Penh as a model city.
