• Signing Minute of Meeting between Phnom Penh and Vientiane

On October 16, 2006 a delegation from Vientiane led by H.E SIN LAKVONG KUTPHEY, Governor of Vientiane paid a courtesy visit to H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh and discussed on the consolidating of cooperation relations between the two cities—Phnom Penh-Vientiane. The both sides have reached an agreement on the three main points as follows:

1. Biannually exchange visits of high ranking delegations to exchange views and experiences
2. Continue to encourage and make it easy for the businessmen of the two cities make joint venture abide by the law of the two countries
3. Exchange experiences on Tourism, Culture, Trade, Investment and Sport
Also on that occasion, H.E SIN LAKVONG KUTPHEY invited Governor of Phnom Penh and his wife and his entourages to make official visit to Vientiane at an apppropriate time.
