Some achievements of Special Military Garrison Headquarter such as arms cache, water basin and the building of Battalion 601, located in Lerk Dek district, Kandal province are donated by the Municipality of Phnom Penh. The achievements were completed and inaugurated on October 11, 2006 under the presidency of General MEAS SOPHEA, Vice Commander in chief of RCAF, H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Municipality of Phnom Penh along with Mr. PHROM DIN, Commander in chief of special military Garrison to Kandal and Kompong Chhang Province.
