On October 10, 2006 the Municipality of Phnom Penh celebrated World Habitat Day 2006-2007 under the theme of « Cities Magnets of Hope». The event was taken place at Beoung Kok I Commune , Toul Kork district Phnom Penh under the presidency of H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh and also attended by deputy Governors of Phnom Penh, national and international guests and Beoung Kork residents. The Governor as well as Samdech HUN SEN always pay attention and generous support to the needy people like a slogan said « Where there have difficulties there always has a present of Samdech». For instance , during the ceremony, the residents in village 13 received land titles as they wished
