Queen Mother MONINEATH SIHANOUK donated $3000 through H.E KUY SOPHAL, Secretary of Ministry of Royal Palace, to H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh to contribute in constructing Yey Penh statue. H.E KUY SOPHAL said Samdech MONINEATH always contribute in building some achievements initiated by Municipality of Phnom Penh. In response, The Governor expressed his profound gratitude to her contribution in construction the statue that are now a symbol of Phnom Penh city.
