H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh presided over the launch of reconstruction project to build a library located in Beoung Tra Bek High School on November 18, 2006. The library will be made of brick with tile roof and designed in Khmer style. The building has two storey with 36.5 meters in width and 37 meters in length with 14 meters in height and was divided 34 rooms. It was donated by Prime Minister Samdech HUN SEN and with support from Governor of Phnom Penh, Oukna Kith Meng, Chairman of Phnom Penh Chamber, Oukna Siv Thai, Chairman of OMC along with other member of Phnom Penh Chamber.
