H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh and his wife as well as his entourages returned home country on November 2, 2006 after he participated in the 3rd Chinese-ASEAN Expo and the 15th Chinese-ASEAN Friendship Forum in Nanning and Quangxi, China. During the five-day visit, the Governor hold talks with governors from Asean countries and particularly with China on economic cooperation between Phnom Penh and Nanning,-Quangxi in an effort to develop Phnom Penh city. In the 3rd expo , the Royal Government of Cambodia has selected Phnom Penh as a city of charm.
