On May 10, 2006 the Municipality of Phnom Penh held signing ceremony on the agreement of urban poor community development which was reached between H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality and Mr. COMBES, representative of Children Organization and Development, Mrs. KI SOPHY, Director of Krousa Yerg Organization and Mrs. MEAS VANNALIN, Director of Sovanphom Organization.
