H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality, Mr. CHRISTIAN PALLIERS, a representative of Organization for Children’s Smile presided over the inauguration ceremony of two primary schools in Stung Mean Chey Primary School at Sangkat Stung Mean Chey, Khan Mean Chey, Phnom Penh. Three storey of building with 15 classrooms was donated by the government. The school costs $84.868,65 of which $77.992,24 financed by National budget and $6.879,41US by communities’ counter part budget and three storey with 15 classrooms was donated by Organization for Children Smile. It costs $120.000US.
