On March, 2006 H.E NGUYEN TAN QYEN, member of Vietnam’s Central Communist Party made a discussion with H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality. The discussion of Vietnam site was aimed at strengthening the economic cooperation between the two countries— Cambodia and Vietnam. The Governor has agreed with H.E NGUYEN TAN QYEN on establishing an office in Phnom Penh. The cooperation deal is to sign on early May.
