• Project for Construction of Primary School in Phnom Penh City ( Phase II )

 6 buildings with 113 classrooms were officially inaugurated on March 16, 2006 under the chairmanship of H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality, H.E TAKAHASHI Fumiaki, Ambassador of Japan to Cambodia and Director of JICA. This project is the Grant Aid of Japan for the construction of primary school in Phnom Penh in Phase II. The six primary schools are as follows:

1. Phoumrussey School 18 classrooms
2. Chaktomuk School 12 classrooms
3. Sophakmongkul School 24 classrooms
4. Pochentong School 15 classrooms
5. Chamreunrath School 24 classrooms
6. Chamreuncheat School 20 classrooms

The Governor took the opportunity to express his gratitude to the Governor of Japan and also wish the solidarity and the cooperation friendship between Japan and Cambodia especially between people.
