As instructed by H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality, Infrastructure Unit of Department of Public Works and Transportation is renovating and planting flower at Kbarl Thnol Roundabout in order to upgrade the beauty. According to Mr. Sam Samut, the project will have been finished before the Khmer New Year. The people who travel across this site are happy with this renovation and support the Municipal plan.
