• Ho Chi Minh Delegation Makes a Visit to Phnom Penh

A delegation from Ho Chi Minh, led by Mr. LAY THAN HAI, Governor of Ho Chi Minh, made a visit to Cambodia March 05, 2006 and was warmly welcomed by many City Hall officials. The visit of the Ho Chi Minh delegation was intended to plan the details of the proposed memorandum to be signed by the Prime Minister of Vietnam and Cambodia during the coming visit of the Vietnamese Prime Minister.
