On March 1st, 2006, Phnom Penh Municipality held the 3rd round of meeting on sangkat fund accountability team of Phnom Penh under the chairmanship of H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, governor of Phnom Penh and chief of the team. the meeting was also attended by 12 participants of vice-chief, members, and secretary of the team. The governor took the opportunity to call on the Phnom Penh TV Channel to broadcast the advantages of letterboxes which were placed at communes, districts, department and relevant NGOs as well as markets.
