H.E MANN CHHOEUN, vice governor of Phnom Penh Municipality on behalf of H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor, presided over the Food-giving Ceremony for people who moved from Sambokchab to Proping Anchagn Community in Troping krosang Commune, Dangkor District on June 06, 2006.

H.E MANN CHHOUEN said that at the first time although they are facing trouble at the new site, but in the near future they will have new hope such as land ownership right, making a living for better lives…etc. In the morning, the food was given to the people in BlockA&B and In the afternoon the food was given to the people in Block C&D. Each family received 10kg of rice, 2 bottles of fish sauce and 2 bottles of soy sauce.

For the rest of 48 families, 9 families already arrived at the new site by 5 o’clock on June 06, 2006. the company will give 20kg of rice, 1 plastic tank and 1 tent with 10kg of rice, 2 bottles of fish sauce and 2 bottle of soy sauce from the Municipality of Phnom Penh for each of 48 families.
