H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality presided over the reconstruction project to repair street 81 at Sangkat Phsar Thmey II, Khan Daun Penh. The street follows 50-50 cost-sharing formula. The Governor gave a truck and motorcycle as rewards to chief of sangkat who has tried his best to mobilize the people to contribute to build the roads. Chief of Sangkat took the opportunity to ask the Governor to get rid of anarchy bus stops around Central Market which make traffic congestion almost every day.
