On July 20, 2006 the Municipality of Phnom Penh held a meeting on the dissemination of disaster. The meeting was chaired by H.E NGHIM VANDA, Senior Minister in charge of Special Commission and First Deputy Director of National Commission for Disastrous Management, H.E MAP SARIN, Vice Governor of Phnom Penh. The goal of the meeting is to be ready to prevent any disaster, particularly flood which possibly happen by chance.
