Mr. SHOICHI KOBAY ASHI, director of ZEPHYR Company and Lork Chumteuv LIM CHHIVHOUR, Director of Phnom Penh SEZ paid courtesy visit to H.E KEP CHUK TEMA , Governor of Phnom Penh. On their visit, the Governor acclaimed and fully supported for the establishment of special Phnom Penh economic zone. The site is on National Road 4. It is 15 km from Wat Phnom, 8 km from Phnom Penh International Airport, or 200 km from Sihanouk’s international port.
