The Municipality of Phnom Penh held meeting on establishing task forces to promote civil registration and grant Identification card. The meeting was attended by H.E PA SOCHEATVONG, Vice Governor of Phnom Penh, Phnom Penh police chief, senior City Hall officials, Governors of districts, chiefs of 76 Sangkats. The task forces are composed of 23 people from various districts, departments and City Hall. They cooperate with commune and district authorities and police to carry out two main tasks— population management and civil registration.
