H.E MIN KHINN, Secretary General and Deputy Standing director of National Committee for Organizing National and International Festival, H.E MAP SARIN, Vice Governor of Phnom Penh presided over an awarding ceremony of certificate to 52 students of Friend Association of Khmer Artists (FAKA). According to Mr. OUTH REOUNG, director of FAKA the association was founded in 2001 and attended by many skillful artists. They are determined to provide vocational training in arts and sculpt for free of charge in a bid to uphold Khmer cultural sector.
