H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality gave an official notification on January 24, 2006 that under the municipality's proposal and government approval, the municipality of Phnom Penh are going to build a bridge which is the same size and length to Preah Monivong bridge on March 2006 and spend for two years to end the project.The Governor also called on Kbal Thnal market sellers to move out temporary to the new location that the city hall has been prepared.
