The Municipality of Phnom Penh held a ceremony to appoint Phnom Penh Police chief under the chairmanship of H.E EM SAM ANN – Secretary of State for the Ministry of Interior, H.E KEP CHUK TEMA – Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality, H.E MAM BUNNEANG – First deputy Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality. H.E TOUCH NAROTH – Former-Kompong Chhnang Police Chief was appointed as Phnom Penh Police Chief to replace H.E HENG POUV who will take new responsibility at the Ministry of Interior.
