H.E IM SITHY, Secretary of State for the Ministry of Education Youth and Sport, H.E MAP SARIN, Deputy governor of Phnom Penh Municipality and Mr. UMA KIYOSHI, a representative of Mrs. MIEKO OSANAI— president of JHP organization. A two-storied of school building with 10 classrooms is located in Chbar Am Pouv high shool at Phum Beoung Chouk Sangkat Niroth, Khan Mean Chey and costs about $96,630 US donated by Mr. SHIGETA YASUMITSU through JHP organization. On behalf of people and students in Cambodia, H.E IM SITHY took the opportunity to express his profound thanks to all the benefactors who always help develop and restore Cambodia. .
