• Signing Ceremony of Kosh Pich

The Phnom Penh Municipality held a signing ceremony to award 99 Kosh Pich contract to be a satellite city to Oversea Cambodia Investment Company(OCIC). The sign was held between the MPP represented by H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality and OCIC Company represented by Mr. PONG SOVAN, President of OCIC along with vice governors and city hall officials. Kosh Pich with 80 hectare areas is due to build 3 bridges—2 bridges span from the west of river bank to the island and other across the Bassac River. As planned, Kosh Pich will be organized as mixed region of tourism, culture, business and resort as well as health care center and ended by next 9 years. Mr. PONG SOVAN said that the company would pay $US 42.5 million in the first 10 years to the government.
