H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality accompanied by the city hall officials visited drug rehab center which is 90 percent in process. The facility of 5 rooms located at Phum Samrong, Sangkat Khmeun, Khan Reussey Keo, Phnom Penh. The facility is 9 meters wide and 40 meters long with the total area of 2.5 hectares. The founding of Drug Rehab Center or My Opportunity Center is intended to treat drug addicts and for vocational training.
