H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality presided over the reconstruction project aimed at repairing street 259 in Sangkat Tek Laork I, Khan Toul Kok, Phnom Penh. The Street 259 is 200 meters long and 10 meters wide and would be paved with DBST by Phnom Penh Department of Public and Transportation. The cost of reconstructing the road follows a 50-50 cost-sharing formula. The Governor said that the beauty of Phnom Penh has been and would be upgraded gradually. However, what Phnom Penh faced and needed to solve were the traffic and wast-collection issues.
