Lok Chumteav PENG BAI YON, chairman of National Association of Chinese Red Cross made a visit to Bak Tok high school. She was accompanied by H.E OUK DAM RY, H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh along with officials. Her visit was to promote HIV, traffic and mine awareness as well as encourage blood donotion.
