On Feb 11, 2006 Samdech HUN SEN body guard unit headquarter cerebrated ceremony to sign memorandum on establishing relations between the Municipality of Phnom Penh represented by H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh and Samdech HUN SEN body guard unit represented by H.E HING BUNHENG under the chairmanship of H.E KUN KIM, Deputy General of Royal Cambodia Armed Forces. Establishing relations is intended to work together closely between the two sides to strengthen the security safety and public order in Phnom Penh. The Governor took the opportunity to contribute $26,000 to build a parking lot.
