Phnom Penh Central Lion Club of Japan has donated a clock worth more than $ 12, 000 to be set up in HUN SEN park near the NagaCorp Casino. The clock was officially inaugurated on Feb 10, 2006 under the presidency of H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality. About 30 Cambodian and Japanese nationals made donations to fund the clock, which the Lion Club delivered to municipal officials on Friday. Lion Club is an Non-Government Organization that has worked closely with Cambodia government to develop education, healthcare and alleviate poverty.
