H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality presided over the reconstruction project to repair Prochum Vong road that stretched from National Road 1 to street 368 in Sangkat Niroth, Khan Mean Chey, Phnom Penh. The road is 2700 meters long and six meters wide and would be paved with DBST by VST Company. The Governor took the opportunity to call on the people living along the road to contribute their land to widen the road.
