The Municipality of Phnom Penh held a signing ceremony to award a 99-year contract to develop eastern Chroy Chang Va [ in front of the Royal Palace] to SOKHA MOTEL COMPANY.The signing ceremony was attended by the Municipality of Phnom Penh, represented by H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh and SOKHA MOTEL COMPANY, represented by OKNHA SOK KONG. The president of Sokha Motel Company, SOK KONG took the opportunity to express his profound gratitude to the Royal Government of Cambodia and the Municipality of Phnom Penh for awarding the contract to his company. He said that he was strongly committed that his company would follow the Municipal plans.He added that he would spend about $50 to $70 million to build a nice motel infrustucture.
