The Municipality of Phnom Penh held a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of street Oudem-kopsrov to ease the traffic in Phnom Penh under the presidency of H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh. The street is located at Tropeng Pou and Tropeng veng village Kork Roka commune, Phnom Penh. The street is 800 meters long and five meters wide and will be paved with DBST at an expect cost of 223.593.000 reils. All payment is in city hall's budget. Also on that occasion the Governor said the street was vital. It is not only to prevent from the flood but also to ease the traffic in Phnom Penh.
