• Road Reconstruction along Bassac River, Phase I

H.E PA SOCHEATVONG, Vice Governor of Phnom Penh accompanied by local authorities and representatives of company concerned visited a road which is under construction along Bassac river at Sangkat Tonle Bassac, Khan Chamkamon. The road is 700 meters long and 20 meters wide[ included sidewalk]. The road has been constructed from Sambok Chab village to ex-Royal Phnom Penh hotel. This is the first phase. The Vice Governor said the road and the river bank reconstruction are under City Hall development plan which was drawn up to improve the infrastructure in Koh Pich development area. The road will ease the traffic when the road reconstruction project in phase II , stretching from this area to Monivong bridge is completed.
