• Phnom Penh Municipality Takes Measures to Ban on Deal in Samurai Sword and Toy Gun

Municipal authorities has banned on trade in samurai swords and toy guns which are available at markets, homes as well as the public. So far malefactors always use the instruments as means to rob or wreak havoc in local communities. These activities are harm to the security, safety and public order as well as to spark concern to Phnom Penh residents. In order to prohibit on these activities, the Municipality of Phnom Penh desires to instruct as the following:

1. Stop dealing in samurai swords and all types of guns from now
2. Authorities will size these instruments and take legal action to those who do not follow the instruction.
3. Those who use above instruments as means to steal rob or wreak havoc, they wil bel liable to prosecution.
