King Father Preah Bat Samdech Preah Norodom Sihanouk donated 5.000 USD to the Municipality of Phnom Penh through H.E KUY SOPHAL, Secretary of State for the ministry of Royal Palace on December 7. H.E KUY SOPHAL conveyed the King's regards to and praised the Governor for the progress of Phnom Penh city. In response, the Governor, on behalf of Phnom Penh residents and on his own name, expressed his profound gratitude to and wished the King Father happiness, good health and longevity.
