On Saturday, August 26, 2006, The 3rd UPDF Board Meeting was held at the Municipality of Phnom Penh, with the participation of Ms SOOM SOOK, Director of ACHR, UPDF Staffs, Community leaders under the Presidency of H.E MANN CHHOEURN, Vice governor of Phnom Penh Municipality.

H.E MANN CHHOEURN, Vice governor of Phnom Penh Municipality, informed about Report on 96 communities of Comprehensive Upgrading Project, UPDF Financial Report, Consideration and Approval of 466 million Riels of Loan to be provided for 402 Families, Including 30 million Riels of Housing Loan, 53 million Riels of Small-business Loan and 27 million Riels of Transportation Loan (Tuk Tuk) to be provided for the poor at Tropaing anchagm and Phuom andoung communities,

In the afternoon, H.E MANN CHHOEURN and ACHR team visited the construction at Borei Keila Community, which is going to be celebrated the World Habitat Day on October 2, 2006.
