On August 23, 2006 H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh presided over the reconstruction project to repair street 115 at Sangkat Vel Vong, Khan Chamkamon, Phnom Penh. The street stretches from street 214 to street 242. It is 300 meters long and seven meters wide and will be paved with DBST by BNC Group. The street follows 50+50 cost-sharing formula at the cost of about 79 million riels. The Governor warned that if any City Hall officials in charge of road reconstruction make corruption, he or she would face being punished or dismissed from their job. He added that the officials must be serve and loyal to the people.
