The consultative meeting with delegation of CFC Global Mission Foundation INC, Philippine, was held at the Municipality of Phnom Penh under the chairmanship of H.E MANN CHHOEURN, Vice governor, on Tuesday, August 22, 2006.

H.E MANN CHHOEURN, Vice Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality, informed the delegations about the city development process, on-site upgrading community, relocation and other challenges.

Mr. BENJAMIN GADI, CFC Global Mission Foundation INC Philippine, informed H.E MANN CHHOEURN that in the past CFC Global Mission Foundation INC, Philippine used to help 35 families of poor people living at Stoeung Meanchey dump site, by providing them with land houses,a health center and a kindergarten school at the new site.

In order to help the poor people in Phnom Penh, CFC Global Mission Foundation INC Philippine decided to choose the pilot project at Samaki Communities 4-5-6 to build houses for poor people, 50% supported by CFC and the other 50% by the people. if they are grindingly poor, CFC fully supports, 100%. CFC doesn’t charge for building process, the people have to build by their own in order to love and mantanance their houses. CFC is making a report for the ambassador of Philippine.
