On August 07, 2006 The Municipality of Phnom Penh held a promotion ceremony to name director and vice director of Department of Parliamentary Affairs and Inspection. The ceremony was presided over by Lork Chum Teav MEN SAM ON, Senior Minister and Minister for Parliamentary Affairs and Inspection and H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh. The five officials to be named are including a director of Department PEN CHAN SOKRIN, two Vice Director of Department, a chief of Administration Office, a chief of Inspection Office. The Governor appeared to the 5 newly-appointed officials to try their best to carry out their duty with high responsibility and transparency.
