H.E MANN CHHOEUN, vice governor of Phnom Penh Municipality on behalf of His Excellency Governor, presided over the meeting on relocation of HemCheat community. It was participated by deputy governor of Daun Penh district, head of commune, community leader and the people of community. The people of HemCheat are willing to move to the new site in Dangkor district Phnom Penh city.
