H.E MANN CHHOEUN, vice governor of Phnom Penh Municipality on behalf of His Excellency Governor, presided over the meeting with poor people of Borey Keila Community at Phnom Penh Municipality on April 26, 2006. Mr Yin Nguonkolenin, deputy governor of 7MAKARA district, reported about the progress of the new buildings construction process for 1776 families of Borey Keila. The buildings will be finished soon.
