On April 20, 2006 City Hal distributed 20 wheelie bins to 20 schools in Phnom Penh under the presidency of H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality. The distribution of the bins is to contribute in good hygiene and environment in Phnom Penh.
