The Municipality of Phnom Penh held an offering of rice to 107 Buddhist monks to pray for happiness for the New Year. The event was attended by H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality and Lork Chumteav, deputy Governors and many City Hall officials.
