H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality presided over the reconstruction to repair a portion of street Toul Sengkel at Sangkat Toul Sangkel, Khan Reussey Keo, Phnom Penh. The street is 285 meters long and 8 meters wide, stretching from railway to street 68. It will be paved with DBST by Phnom Penh Department of Public Works and Transportation and financed by City Hall. The Governor took the opportunity to ban all heavy trucks not to pass through this road.
