The Municipality of Phnom Penh has installed the traffic sings – no U-Turn sign – along Russian Bvld., and Monivong Bvld. The signs do not allow the passengers to turn their direction back but they can turn left. The new installations of traffic signs were instructed by the governor of Phnom Penh in order to reduce the traffic jam/safety in Phnom Penh.
